Master Minds is an organisation dedicated to empowering children with essential life skills that help them navigate life with confidence and purpose. We focus on supporting children in underserved communities and orphanages by providing education that goes beyond the traditional classroom.
Our mission is to equip children with the knowledge, confidence, and life skills they need to build resilient, independent, and hopeful futures.
We envision a world where every child, regardless of background or circumstance, has access to education that nurtures both their mind and their character.
Our team is made up of dedicated individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the world. From our volunteers to our board members, everyone at Master Minds is committed to our mission and the children we serve.
Master Minds was founded by Kelcia Nelson, a passionate advocate for youth development and education. Kelcia’s journey began at the age of 12, when she started volunteering as a classroom assistant in summer school programs, supporting children in their learning. By her mid-teens, her work had expanded to volunteering with orphanages, where she witnessed firsthand the challenges many children face beyond the classroom.
Inspired by these early experiences and deep community engagement, Kelcia believes that teaching children essential life skills is key to breaking cycles of limitation and unlocking lifelong potential. Through Master Minds, she is committed to creating access to education, mentorship, and support for children.
Master Minds is committed to operating with transparency, respect, and a child-centered approach. Every program, partnership, and initiative is designed to create meaningful, lasting impact in the lives of the children we serve.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
